Decible Entertainment is a management company founded by Larry Wade in Los Angeles in 2012.

Its founding clients were Philip Lawrence, Evan “Kidd” Bogart, The Writing Camp (Erika Nuri and David “DQ” Quinones), Boardwalk Music Group and Harmony Samuels.

Since inception, the company has additionally managed Ricky Reed (2013), his record label Nice Life Recording Company (2014), The Stereotypes (2016 – 2019) and Danja (2018).

Decible Entertainment operates a values-based mission. The core values are: respect, inclusion, leadership, learning and community. We invest in the power that happens when we bring the people together. This is underwritten by a blue-collar ‘hard work makes it happen’ spirit. As dream catalysts, the Decible mission is to understand the clients broad vision and then to take the daily steps to bring that vision into reality.

Under the leadership of Larry Wade, Decible Entertainment operates an executive team of 2 managers and an assistant. As part of growing a learning culture, Wade operates a continuous cycle of executive development, mentoring and training. Decible Entertainment executives work with custom designed learning tools to best support their progress. This is paired with off-site workshops and focused networking development.
